Low Impedance Injectors on EMU (regular/old version)
Will EMU work on low impedance injectors without the resistor pack? Will it not damage the ECU? Probably a dumb question but please help....

Re: Base Map for 4AGE 20v Blacktop
Thanks RHD. Im more into the settings and values to put in the sensors, injectors and trigger settings, etc. I havent tried putting those values myself before as I would have the base map with these settings filled already so not sure how to start. Thanks for your input. If I dont get anything here ...

Re: Celica ST205 - daily driver
I agree with Scott once you get it dialled in It will be much better than stock. Before, my 1st must have mod/part was the coilover, not it's just next to EMU/standalone.

Base Map for 4AGE 20v Blacktop
Anyone knows where I can get this? Or has someone plugged and tuned this motor before with the EMU?

Re: Celica GT4 3SGTE ST185 won't start with PnP module
Where did you get your PnP from? You should upload your map and logs so people will be able to help you better. I can compare your base map to mine to check the differences in settings.

Re: ignition map advise !
I dont know about EJ motors but the ignition map looks very conservative and needs more to it, the map looks like the base one that came with it and added maybe 2-3 advanced?
I would remove some columns and re-scale as per my target boost, you have until 22psi in the X Axis.

I have bkr8, it was gapped to .035 now it is down to .028. All good now. Did 321whp at 18 psi.

Re: Seems like hitting a wall on WOT at 2nd gear (3sgte)
UPDATE: So it was the Fuel Pump wiring. I have replaced the pump (AEM320) with a new one and still experienced the issue. I directly wired the fuel pump from the battery with thicker wires (12 gauge if Im not mistaken), and it fixed it. Now I can get past 7k rpm with no choking issues and drop in fu...

Re: Bosch lsu 4.2 or 4.9
Possible. I have the same setup Innovate MTX-L and wired the analog out to one of the available analog ins of the EMU. Then you go to Oxygen sensor setup and set it there especially the voltage mappings, issue I only have is that I cannot put the exact voltage figures for minimum and maximum because...

Re: Seems like hitting a wall on WOT at 2nd gear (3sgte)
1. The jumps have been fixed 2. Not adding that much ignition until I get a good knock monitoring tool 3. The actual lambda in the graph has been adjusted since I havent mapped equally the voltage settings of the Innovate MTX-L and the EMU settings. I will have to connect the Innovate software to ch...

Yeah I havent interpolated it yet, is it just VE doing it you think>? Probably too rich at the next cell?

Seems like hitting a wall on WOT at 2nd gear (3sgte)
Hi, have this issue wherein the behavior is that at 2nd gear during WOT, it would feel the car just hit a wall and then the rpm drops a bit losing boost and rpm. Only happens at 2nd gear before the fuel cut. My fuel cut is 7300rpm while soft rev limit is set to 7000 rpm. I know when I hit soft rev l...

Re: AFR Gauge Showing Different Reading (Innovate MTX-L)
Yeah thats the plan. Just looking for a serial cable adapter. Thanks.Silas wrote:Connect the mtx with your Laptop and Run LM Programmer.
Set update the correct Afr 0V = 7,35 // 5V = 22,4
Put the Same numbers in Emu software.
Works perfect for myself

Re: AFR Gauge Showing Different Reading (Innovate MTX-L)
Yes thats correct. Found what the issue is and it is the voltage mapping on external controller, problem is the EMU voltage mapping doesnt let me put the minimum and maximum values Innovate wants, so need to connect to Innovate and change the mapping there.

AFR Gauge Showing Different Reading (Innovate MTX-L)
I did some pass and took some logs to tune my VE (thanks to Autotune) but when comparing my logs to the actual value I seen the Innovate MTX-L the gauge shows very rich around 10 AFR, leanest I've seen was 10.7 and as rich as 10.2. But the logs from the graph show differently and that I am just with...

Did you mean that the fan is running but it wouldn't cool your temp down? Did you open up the Coolant temp gauge on the EMU application to actually see what temperature you were at?

Re: No spark on 3sgte 2nd gen
^ Hi RHD, that's the clean log when we still had the issue. Now it has been fixed by hooking up a starter relay.
If I connected a relay to the coil power supply, will it spark even if the starter is weak cranking slow?
