Hi,
to finish this topic, it was a user fault
The cam input was activated so the ecu waitet for a cam signal while there is no cam sensor installed. Turned the cam signal off now the coil will fire.

ah ok thank you. i asked the emu tech support, maybe they can help before i change the coils. Thank you for your help!

hmm with r32 single coils i used on another emu everything was working correctly. I never used this bosch 032 905 106b on an emu but on some megasquirt cars and there it worked properly, too. I am not sure if i could just add a pullup to 12V right at the connector, i better dont mess with that. Is t...

if you use dumb coils, then the emu has to ground the coil to charge the coil. maybe you are right and in this case i would not see 5V on the signal pin but 12v when coil is not fired, because in this case it uses no ttl.
