Only reason i dont have a tablet permanently mounted in my car for tuning/logging, the window is just too small.

Re: Spam everywhere
There's still spam in the english DET3 forum..
I've tried reporting it but it says already reported.

Re: DET3 as EXTRA INJECTOR DRIVER ?
The FIT manual mentions the possibility to use MAF to MAP conversion.
I'm probably going to FIT mode soon, i would like to still get rid of the MAF

Re: FIT Injector splicing
If you're going to run it in FIT mode you cut the wires.
This is all explained in the FIT manual.

Re: DET 3 250kpa
If you already have a fuel map with TPS or anything else as load source you could use analog #2 as correction for the fuel map. Add fuel as pressure increases for example.
But i would rather use MAP as load

Re: MAF to MAP now what?
The chosen analog signal modification step influences the maximal possible change of the output signal. For 0.0195V it is +/- 2.5V, for 0.0098V +/-1.25V and for 0.0049 +/-0.625V. If you change the output step then every step changed in your map will result in a bigger change in output voltage. Essen...

Re: Using pull up feature
As it says in the manual, the DET will withstand voltages over 5V, but will only read them as far as 5V. So you'll lose all further reading of the signal as it passes 5V opening of the vane air flow meter. In what manner would pulling the signal up help your cause? Just trying to understand how you'...

Re: Problem with initial firmware update.
Your unit ships with a working firmware, why are you updating it? I can't recommend going for the 1.32 firmware, i've had issues with it.

Re: Hiccups after flashing to 1.32?
So i went for a log-drive, and check these bad boys out. When these occur the engine pretty much stalls for a half a second, and the revcounter drops and comes back up. Strange spikes in a value that i can't find out what it is, same color as analog #2 but not really it, just something lurking at th...

Hiccups after flashing to 1.32?
So i've been running this for a while now with great success. Yesterday i realized that the FW version i was running was 1.25, and flashed it with 1.32 instead. This morning i had some strange behaviour, a couple of "jerks" or misfires, and twice the car just cut out. Stopped by the side of the road...

Re: Problems with IAT probe and AFR signal....
That's pretty cool, I was trying to wrap my head around the coefficients the other night but gave up. Could you help me make a better definition file for zeitronix zt-2? There is one in the software but it seems kinda strange, not supporting the whole range of measurement for starters. Data on the Z...

WBO2 and IAT can be connected to analog inputs if you have any to spare.
The DET3 doesn't read total ignition angle, it just adds or subtracts to it based on your ignition table.

Using two inputs for the same signal? How did you come to that solution? And why?
So you've connected the hose from en mapsensor to your manifold, and there's no change in value while driving?

Re: No signal on Input #2
Which mapsensor is/should be fitted to your DET? They come in 250kpa and 400kpa. And also a variant without MAP.

MAF to MAP conversion(use analog output)
While clicking around the software recently i stumbled upon this feature not mentioned in the manual.
From what i can understand, it generates a fuel table based on the logged data, but takes into account the tweaks i've already made?

Yes, as long as it has a MAF and a cranks sensor it'll work.

Re: Getting a pressure signal from the on-board MAP sensor
Analog input #2 is the built-in MAP. Set the scale on that channel to the DET3_with_400kPa_MAP.def and you'll be able to see the signal as pressure.
