can you add a ground speed based launch control?

can i run sequential injection using the 44-2-2 trigger with distributor, or I have to install a 60-2(megane f7r flywheel)? I saw somewhere in the forum that there is a bmw phase sensor which connects to no1 ht lead, can anybody tell me the part number of this, or it comes with the ht leads of that ...
