Re: Odd TPS
We have checked pin out B17, B18, B24, G17, G24 several times. Move ground from engine block to head, vice versa. Also switch/change TPS but problem still there. "I would look into the wirring, and measure ground, +5V and signal output" Which pin out number? "May be also bad grounding of the engine"...

Odd TPS
Having problem with TPS.
It works normal when engine off.
TPS doesnt work properly when engine running.
All wirings seem fine, especially ground.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
2JZGTE VVTI using wasted spark ignition. There are 3 coils meaning 3 wires (from coil) connected to stock ECU. How to wire these 3 coil wires to EMU? I got confused by information from manual page 77. Does it mean each coil wire connected to 2 EMU pin out (G8 + G16)? My setting can be seen as in 170...

Re: Broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
There some sensor wires connected to ECU sensor ground (B18).
How to connect all these wires to ECU sensor ground (B18) correctly?

Re: Broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
Thanks RHD. "from your logging it looks like your sensor is either not wired correctly/has a bad connection or it has no power supply to the heater, its showing high duty cycle for the heater but the RI feedback is not moving at all" It may be caused by wires but we cant overcome this problem. We ha...

Re: Broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
"if i stop engine and start again 100 times , 100 times my O2 sensor will start to work after 40-50 sec"
Normally it starts to work faster when O2 sensor is in "working temperature".
Just be patient few seconds.
Anyway......... back to topic........

"my o2 sensor start to work 40sec after engine was startet"
It is fine as long as it works.
My old model Innovate takes more than one minute to work.

Broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
Anybody know how to check broken Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor?
It is connected to ECU (ECUMASTER) but AFR does not work, stay at 14.7.
Have checked all wires and they are fine.
Thanks

Re: basic afr to advance afr questions
"Go to: Ignition->secondary trigger->sencitivity switch rpm -> 2000"
Try to lower to 2000.
Engine struggles to rev above 4K RPM (car not moving).
Change "Predefined coils" to second option.
Same result.

Re: basic afr to advance afr questions
"Check your wiring"
Have been checked many times.
"As the engine works perfectly under other circumstances"
Engine works fine when car not moving.
Problem 3-4K RPM and above 6K RPM when driving.
Also slow throttle response (using 80 mm aftermartket TB).

Re: basic afr to advance afr questions
"Maybe lower the dwell time"
How many point lower? 0.2, 0.4, 1.0?
Currently using 2JZGTE VVTI stock coils.
Should "Predefined coils" be change? Which one?
Now first option selected.

"I also noticed that your emu is only reading an average of 12V for battery voltage" This also incorrect reading from EMU. How to fix? Above 13 volt when measured using multimeter. "You could try different injectors" Dont have any but mechanic said injectors are fine (tested and cleaned). This EMU w...

"AFR looks lean but it is fine when using Autronic"
viewtopic.php?f=19&t=8839
We dont know what parameters must be entered.
Measured sensor resistance, got 124.
The rest just "values should not be changed".

Constant throttle and your engine alternates between 3500 and 4000rpm" "Problem, engine has problem revving from 3K to 4K RPM" We changed coild, sparkplug, fuel pump, FPR. Problem is there. Re: basic afr to advance afr questions
Engine revs close to 6K RPM.
It seems engine doesnt want to rev higher (heavy).
But it can rev above 7K easily when car not moving.

Re: basic afr to advance afr questions
Enclose my MAP.
Problem, engine has problem revving from 3K to 4K RPM.
It doesnt want to rev freely.
AFR looks lean but it is fine when using Autronic.
Anybody feel free to comment, evaluate and give suggestion to my MAP.
Note, tuning/mapping done on street due unavailable dyno in our area.

Re: LSU 4.2 PID settings for EMU
I bought used ECU and sensors from my friend. He ordered Bosch LSU 4.2 lambda sensor from webshop. http://rrrshop.co.uk/bosch-lsu-42-lambda-sensor-208-p.asp It has been used no more than 1500 KM up to now. "You nead to measure and set correct Rcal value" Does each sensor has different Rcal value? Ho...

Re: LSU 4.2 PID settings for EMU
Anybody???? From HELP (manual) all Kp, Ki, Kd values "should not be changed". What about other values? Ecusmater AFR shows rich numbers/values. But when reducing numbers/values of VE table, engine sounds leaner although displaying good AFR. Have checked, cleaned sensor and tried some PID but nothing...
