Hi,
This is my trigger settings. Works out fine for me. Running with small vag coils.

Re: Closed loop boost
Hi, Its better than before. I have tried different settings, but i really don't know how high numbers I shall use 10 or 100 or 1000? Right now I have P 12 I and D 0. The boost overshoots slightly, its set at 250 kpa and it reach 255 and then drops to and oscillates at 200-230kpa. I have tried differ...

Re: Closed loop boost
Hi, Thanks for the input. I attach the configuration aswell. But as you can see from the picture in the log and the settings I have written. The boost dc table is at 63%. The requested boost is 250kpa. The pid regulator is increasing the DC to 78% and then a maximum of 298kpa is reached without the ...

Closed loop boost
Hi, I have some problems getting stable boost. I am trying the closed loop boost correction because I hade very good results with that when I had a smaller turbo. I have attached some pictures and the log. The problem is that the boost goes higher than the boost target, and when the pid correction k...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
Hi, Thanks for all the great development and adding new features. I was trying out and loading the cvs log into the megalogviewer hd, it had some really good features that I think would be very nice to have in your software. You can build histograms from the log, where you can get a color coded tabl...

Wiring VAG Coil 715F
Good day, I am getting rid of my distibrutor and converting to the shorter VAG coils due to spark blowout on high boost. I have a question regarding the wiring. This is what I found regarding the pins. Pin1: ECU Ground Pin2: Engine block Ground Pin3: 12 volts + (switched) Pin4: Signal from ECU The f...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
That sounds perfect! The problems I have experienced with the current export to Virtual Dyno is that you have to edit the exported csv formatted log, and change all . to , and vice versa. Also it seems that in ECM master, you can only export you log in whole, not only selected runs in the log. This ...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
I have a suggestion on a useful feature. I would like to be able to load several runs on the dyno graph, so I can compare power of several run with different tuning and see the power curves overlapping. It is possible with the software Virtual Dyno, but it´s way to complicated to load runs from the ...

Analoge sensors
I am installing a gm type oil temperarure sensor, using analoge input 1. Do i need a pullup resistor via the +5v output? In that case, wich Resistance value do you recommend?

Re: Problems with WBO
Hi, Now I have tried with the new WBO sensor. The problem is the same as before, no change. I have once more double-checked all connections. I have disconnected all other cables from the EMU except the WBO cables and the power/grounds, to rule out any disturbance from the other cables and sensors. I...

Re: Problems with WBO
Thank you so much. I hope the new WBO is working. I have not dropped it, but the sensor does not look like brand new, a bit of discoloration on the sensor. It did not arrive in its original packaging, so I suspect I have received a faulty sensor. I will check as soon as the new arrives. You have exc...

Re: Problems with WBO
Thanks, Well, I am getting tired putting two days of error testing, getting nowhere. I have checked everything twice. I ordered a new WBO, I have no cars with the same sensor available. Thats the only reasonable thing I can do, there is no other way for me to find out if its the WBO och the EMU that...

Re: Problems with WBO
I have now checked all the connectors once again, everything is OK with the connections to the EMU. I have measured the current in the Heater wire, i get 0 current. If i check the logs, there is no difference in the values if the WBO is connected or not to the emu. The only difference I can see is t...

Re: Problems with WBO
Hi, Yes, i know it´s not allowed, but as a last resort I wanted to check if it was operational. The problem is that the WBO shows 14.7 all the time and I get a CEL for WBO in the software. No current in the sensing circuit. Just want someway to check if the sensor is bad. There is no meaning seeking...

Re: Problems with WBO
Hi, Can be the connection, but i have checked them several times. All way from WBO connector to EMU with Ohm meter. I tried to Measure the resistance of the heating circuit in the WBO, I measured 4 Ohms. Then I disconnected the WBO from the EMU device, and manually grounded the Heater minus while th...

Re: Problems with WBO
Thanks, I tested it right now as you said. There is no heat on the WBO. I have checked the power with another multimeter and it is 12V supply to the heater. I am 100% sure the cable is connected correctly for the heater minus in the EMU. But when the WBO is disconnected from the exhaust, laying abov...

Re: Problems with WBO
Thank you for your reply. I have measured the cable for the heater. It is connected from a fused 12v cable getting power with the ignition switch on. But when I measure with the engine running it seems to getting only 8,5 Volts. Can this be the cause of the error? maybe I have to find a better suppl...
