Try to lower your timing at idle to 5 deg, low timing at idle usually makes it run mush smother.
What injectors are you running and what fuel?

The abillity to change input on x and y-axis in fuel and ignition tables would be great.
I personally prefer rpm on x-axis and map on y-axis....
