Isnt 1.4 Bar a bit much for the stock turbo? And why are your boost levels so uneven? It looks like it fluctuates like crazy.

Get an actual professional to set up a completely new VE and Ignition map on a dyno. Those are the two most important to get done properly after all sensors have been calibrated.

The throttle respons feels very good now. It is just the logs that looks bad.

I have now spent a few hours tuning the VE map for 20-100 kpa. But no matter what i try, my afr is all over the place when i am not holding the throttle steady.

I have now uploaded the latest software. I have attached the setup and a log. It looks way better than before, but i still get a narrow spike. 18AFR at 120 kpa sounds scary. I also get a small hesitation when flooring it. A short stutter before it starts. acc enrichment.jpg acc enrichment setup.jpg

Its not WHP its HHP. Big differens. I would guess 275 at the crank. What do you mean by HHP? The dyno shows power measured at the wheels, isnt that the definition of WHP? Edit: You mean Hub-hp? That should be the same as whp if the dyno is calibrated correctly. I guess you dont want to take the pow...

I ran 16 PSI. More pressure than that didnt yield much more power due to high turbo temp.

Settings for intercooler pump
I have struggled with high intake temps, and have now found out why. The intercooler-pump has not been connected or set up with the ECU.
I will connect the relay to AUX 4, and use Param.output 2.
What conditions would be best to use for the pump? Intake temp or TPS?

I want to thank everyone in here for their help and advice. If it werent for you i never would have taken it on a dyno, and i probably wouldnt notice how badly it knocked with the original map, until it was too late. The values from the old ignition table resulted in BAD knocking on the dyno. Result...

I see that my tps rate-numbers are very low.

Car at the dyno.
The results are from a pretty conservative dyno.
The actual power gain compared to the stock ecu is HUGE. It feels like the powerband has been widened. From 3krpm it just explodes when the pressure builds, and keeps it going all the way to the redline.- Thu Sep 25, 2014 7:00 pm

Here is the car with the old rims. Looks awesome, but the ride was way to harsh. Replaced by some boring 16" thats not worth a picture.

How do you your properly calibrate the acceleration encrichment? As far as i can see it there are two tables that needs to be set. dTPS rate and TPS factor.
