Re: Als cyclic or rotational idle
the FC idle control in ALS settings was made for all time partially open throttle like the old rally style ALS.

Re: ALS valve connector
for brake you can run vacuum pump, you can find those on older Mercs (anyway the brake keep on working you just need to press extra hard to slow it down) but anyhow you can just try the idle valve, but am pretty sure its will require more than that, i always tune my cars to run between 30% to 40% op...

Re: ALS valve connector
it should be in the manual, 3 wire PWM valve, i think the middle pin is for 12V and the others goes to steppers output with diodes. Also +12 center pin, I should use 2 steppers output to each ends pin? Open throttle als mode its more complicated for me, also its street car. Thanks for helps Yes 2 s...

Also you can use cruse control device from any other car and start the ALS in open throttle mode its easier and more effective from what I have used

Re: Coil with or without amplifier?
On the subject of coils and igniters. I have a couple of Nissan Skylines that are running coil on plug and separate igniter units, the RB igniter is believed to be a known weak point (although I have never had a failure) I have the option to ditch the igniter and wire the coils direct and this tidi...

Re: Problems with ignition firing
Hmmm, are you sure of your sensors polarity, am just comparing your scope to a scope of mine for the same engine, and mine looks more uniform, here I attached a photo for it below, you can compare both, try to change the trigger edge for the crank sensor :) it might help, plus am using 12999 in sens...

Hi, are you using the stock ignition module or wired the coils to be directly controlled from the EMU?
Edit: plus do you scope looks normal?

Hi,
It should work fine, I have started BMW e46 using EMU + DBW Module + CAN BUS Module, its very easy just connected the 2 CAN BUS wires from module to the cluster with the right resistor and worked fine

Re: BMW M60B40
Hi, fix your fuel cut
in Fueling -> fuel cut
set
fuel cut under pressure = 0
fuel resume below rpm =10000
fuel cut above rpm =11000
after tuning the engine go back and setup the fuel cut properly
