This is very similar setup just injectors are smaller. When Vtec is active VE2 map is used on low lift VE1 . But on high rpm we have some rpm oscillations possible AEM unit has internal play customer purchased it as second hand. also check ignition as unit has some adjustment so need to be validated...

is depend if the gearbox and engine inertia.. just check log while you driving and look for rpm oscillation after shift..

closed loop will be probably in pro version..

ignition retard is design to slow down application of the torque to avoid "ringing" of dogs..
there is no other way to determine correct settings but testing in real conditions not on dyno ..

I think steady positions are wrong with this control is never exactly 50%
And do you have flyback diodes installed?

I am really curious why do you play with setting, resistor etc.... you have everything right, only your wiring is shit, so change the cable for this sensor and done changed my "shitty wiring" with brand new shielded cables.. all the same added after that a 5.6k ohm resistor on the triggersignal wir...

S54 need an external driver for throttle due to high current. H bridges can drive vanos directly - there will be no needs for removing diodes from the unit.

10k resistor in series in primary trigger will do the job.

is voltage varies on this analogue input?

And are you sure edge is correct selected?

Can Bus decode is very time consuming process especially in modern cars.. Most ecus this days working with dash display and ABS and sometimes body control module. All of them require specific messages im not sure how complicated is Adam can bus but to get engine running in project like this is easy ...

Sort out your VE map

There are some delays temporary to be honest...

In help file and manual is all about ignition trigger. In each window is blue icon with question mark and comprehensive help.

I had the same message . as soon as ive connected to ecu message dissapear and never come back. You need to connect to ecu once you done this all will be sorted

Screen shot is not helpful, missing lots of channels with DBW post here log file tahn we can have a look

etsc throttle in 2jz is a flyby wire including clutch and fail-safe, if dbw fail with cable you able to open throttle about 20%... strange system... regarding your one i think you should use DBW module not stepper outputs and you will be able to control both direction of throttle plate... but perhap...
