Can MUX 1, 2 and 3 be used separately/simultaneously to switch different things?

Ex.
MUX 1 - Table switching
MUX 2 - AC clutch activation
MUX 3 - Boost switch

I think the main limitations will be, only one PWM output is possible Only one PWM map? G12, which is needed for my IAC control. So no Meth control. Which would recommend for the stepper out.
