Revlimit range adjustment.

Example:

Revlimit is set to 7000RPM, if i set the range to 300RPM, it would revlimit at 7000 and give power back at 6700. If i set the range to 100RPM, it would limit at 7000RPM and give back power at 6900.

Feature request:
- Battery Voltage filter - Example: fast changing V reading on the ecu smoothed out to get stable V.
- Idle ignition advance control max RPM - Example: set to 1500 RPM, above that, it would not adjust ignition.

I got my executed spark count a little spikey, and also random drops and rises. Does this in wasted spark too.
This can be caused by crank signal noise or maybe wrong trigger edge?
