Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
Any chance you can make idle ref table 3D? (TPS, coolant, idle duty). This way, the idle RPM ref table is not needed and may be deleted. Also idle target RPM can be upgraded to 3D (TPS, coolant, RPM target). This prevents duty cycle reduction from PID controller when throttle is slightly pressed. In...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
A very minor correction: can you please make Boost table set show '0' or 'OFF' when 'disable solenoid input' is active? It currently shows boost table set 1 for both conditions (solenoid disabled AND boost 1 active).

Toyota 2zz and OEM traction control
Hello. I have connected EMU on a Corolla with 2ZZ engine. EMU controls engine and I have retained the OEM ECU for AC etc. Is there any way to not get a traction control error with this setup. I get three main CELs in OEM ECU: idle valve and VVT control.

Re: JDM Supra/Aristo VVT problem 2JZGTE
Yes, I tried 333Mhz but I really cannot exlpain the hesitation. VVT angle seems to follow target very well, AFR is rock steady, still I get sth like a misfire from the engine that is not shown in any parameter in the log. Any ideas?

Re: JDM Supra/Aristo VVT problem 2JZGTE
Any other input? Any chance the audible noise at low frequency can damage the cam gear and mechanism itself?

Re: JDM Supra/Aristo VVT problem 2JZGTE
Ι think somewhere 200-300 is the OEM ECU (which obviously does not make any noise).

JDM Supra/Aristo VVT problem 2JZGTE
I have some trouble with the VVT. I have installed diode and VVT works perfectly with very low frequency only (30Hz). At higher frequency, although cam follows target correctly, I get major hesitations with no apparent reason (only at part throttle). THe problem with 30Hz is that audible noise comes...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
Some features: Idle valve DC vs IAT correction Warmup enrichment table -> 3D (4D RPM and LOAD would be perfect but LOAD alone (3D) is just fine. Engines need much more enrichment in low RPM and high loads) S2k trigger improvement to add second cam for faster engine start It's impressive I can't real...

Re: best trigger disc pattern
I will think about synchronising from both cams. Other solution is to cut on tooth on ckp trigger wheel to make it 12-1 I have tried it but it does not work :( These are high compression engines and there is a problem with missing tooth detection on cranking. I played quite a lot with settings and ...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
'Bug' in version 1.134 Dear all, noticed sth and wanted to share. 1.134 has the option to invert the AC output, not present in older versions. I upgraded firmware in a car and the 'invert' check box was now by default ticked. AS a result, AC compressor was always engaged! This can lead to blowing al...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
FEATURE REQUEST 1 Idle: After exit from cut off, it is sometimes difficult to tune PID and other corrections so as not to stall, especially with high load (for example AC on) since initially, the ECU decreases the idle valve DC (seeing a much higher RPM than the targer). Can we have some sort of del...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
I think it is better to have "real" Lambda value. Then you can see any missfire and many interresting things. What is the reason for such feature ? Can we have a filter for AFR as well? It is helpful in some cases where lamdbda reading is 'noisy'. Many aftermarket gauges also feature filters, so mu...

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
Hello! Some recommendations: 1. In soft cut, please add ignition control vs RPM (instead of fixed retard) 2. Engine protection -> can you please add EGT/AFR/overboost parameters? (overboost based on water temp) 3. Is there any chance breakpoints can be separate in secondary tables? For example, if w...
