I know somebody with a 1UZ swapped in his Miata. Maybe you could ask him to give it to you. His name is Dennis Köhler and he is one of Germanys best drifter.

Yes I know that, I was just hoping for some sort of popping noise and overrun flames

Re: Lets share Lambda/AFR target tables
Hi,
this is mine. Set up how I learned it from a book about tuning without caring too much about fuel efficiency, just give it enough cooling.
Engine is a Nissan SR20DET, bored, forged, CR 9:1, high reving and with a good amount of boost

Re: ALS valve connector
Hi,
I've read a bit of antilag in some rally boards and they often use so called throttle kicker. This is just a small solenoid, which pushes the throttle a bit open to lets say 10-20%. And this is enough air for ALS.

Re: Tuning issues SR20DET
Hi, just to give you a quick update: I've got a complete new exhaust (which doesn't leak) and lambda readings are still bad at overrun, but hey, dont give a fuck, i think the fuel is just not burning right at overrun. My timing isn't late at overrun (something between 35 and 40 degree btdc). I reall...

Re: Recommend Coils
So which system would you recommend for my egnine? I know, how it works, but I can't find ignition moduels for car engines. They seem to be all for scooters and bikes. What is a good brand? MSD?

Re: Recommend Coils
i found large dwell times do not usually help with blowout often running the dwell as low as possible is best ps. Im a very big fan of CDI ignitions for turbo engines, always runs better makes more power and never has any misfires, no matter how much boost you want to run, in my experience. Just fo...

Re: Recommend Coils
Ok, thanks.
This would be also my choise till jet. Do you use the internal driver and how do I have to wire them? And what dwell times I have to use? I can't find good information about them.

Hi, I'm not happy with my Bosch 2x2 wasted spark coil on my SR20DET, so I want to change my ignition System. I'm running 9:1 CR and 1,4 bar boost, but I'm planning for 2,2-2,4 bar. My spark plugs allready have been regapped to about the half and I had to put dwell times to the highest setting allrea...

Re: Tuning issues SR20DET
Controlled by the EMU.
I think, i've got a tiny leak in my exsaust manifold, because of the EGT sensor. Does this influence Lambda readings that hard?

Re: Tuning issues SR20DET
No, but the bosch 4.2 isn't that old. But I also do not have another one to try.
Wireing is ok. I've got the Lambda controlled by the EMU.
Timing isn't late in low pressure area. I attached my Tuning file, maby you could give it a quick look?

Tuning issues SR20DET
Hi, I've got two major problems with stetting correct lamba/ve. 1) I allways get lean readings from lambda sensor at fully closed throttle, but I allready disabled overrun fuelcut and decel enleanment. Is it just a sensor reading error and why does it do that? Also autotuner allways try to set VE to...

Re: S15 sr20det vtc settings
For best results, you have to have a dyno, and make two runs, one with fully open vtc and one with all time closed. so you can see, where it makes more power and say, ok, 3500rpm, then turn off would be good, or something equal.

Re: Antilag Setup
Hi, I aktually noticed, that anti lag does not work right without enough air, but I'm also not able to set through enough with the idle valve. So I'm planning to swap my throttle body to drive by wire, this has a lot of advantages for idle control and anti lag or launchcontrol :) Will keep you up to...

Re: Which coil for best result
After clem said, he had a broken wire, I recheckt my wires and conectors. And I noticed, that the conectors ontop of the spark plugs are a bit loose. Further, I crimped the wires by myself and now I remember, the connectors to the coil were a bit old and the copper looked darkened. So probaply this ...

Re: Antilag Setup
Oh yes, breaks
I remember
I have a bypass valve, which is original used for A/C compensation. Also I have set the idle valve to 100% while antilag. Do you think, I need a kicker either?
But my main problem till yet would be, how to set ignition cut, timing and fuel enrichment?

Antilag Setup
Hi everybody, I just started using the antilag function. I also made it work, but I noticed, that I don't really know, how to set an antilag system properly  I mean, I am able to get flames out of my exaust  But to get serious, who is using antilag properly for rally or hillclimb a...
