Hi
there appears to be a problem with timer 1, if i set a scale of 4 seconds the logs show timer 1 with a value of 4 seconds after just 2 seconds in real time. This is causing problems with the boost correction table as the boost ramps in too fast
thanks

Re: WHP boost solenoid ports?
that should work, double check your plumbing by blowing through the ports you need to use the two ports that are connected with power off. if all is correct try again with the power to the solenoid disconnected you should only build boost to spring pressure

Boost control from externali air supply
Hi Would it be possible to control boost using the ECU and a 4 port valve using an external air souce to the solenoid (say 30 Psi max) instead of the usual way of sourcing the supply air from the turbo. This would help in my application as i need to have good control of the wastegate while boost is ...

bug with gearcut logic level
Hi i recently changed to firmware 2.048 from 2.035,
settings are
signal source = switch
signal input = switch 3
Activation level = Active high
following the firmware update gear cut is active all of the time, changing back to firmware 2.035 corrects the issue.

Fuel pressur delta settings
Hi Can someone point me in the right direction for setting FPRD failsafe, i have an idle fuel pressure of 3.44 Bar at 100 KPA manifold pressure this increases on a 1 to 1 ratio with boost so at 228 KPA i have 4.69 Bar fuel pressure (max boost is 300 KPA) what values should i use to ensure i maintain...

Re: v2 engine help needed
Hi
It would appear that the root of our problem is due to the number of teet on the trigger wheel not dividing exactly into 360
i will update once we have tested with a new wheel

Hi We are in need of some help as i have run out of ideas. The engine is a suzuki TL1000 cc 270 degree V2 with turbo fuel used is 100% ethanol The engine runs a 16-2 trigger with single pulse cam sensor. Re: V Twin down on power
Thanks
i will get that checked, as soon as the engine is repaired it would appear that on this engine using ignition retard for launch control results in damage to the cam buckets. Any suggestions for a smoother launch control stratergy.

Re: V Twin down on power
I have wondered about the timing, it is accurate while cranking and at idle however if we run less timing the engine makes even less power ? is it possible that the ignition timing is not correct at higher rpm ( 16-2 trigger) As the bike runs on ethanol it should be relativley safe from detonation w...

I Have three loggers installed on different vehicles and working fine but they will not work with Sandisk SD cards, cheaper cards work fine.

Change to missing tooth
I Have to change a running engine from multitooth with cam sync to missing tooth without cam sync due to a cylinder head swap.
This will mean running in wasted spark which is no problem , will i need to make any changes to the fuel maps ?
Thanks

Re: sync but no spark
Hi i tried adjusting trigger angle and could only make the error greater not smaller ? As i had to use a strobe light triggered off the low tension side of the ignition coil it is possible the error could be within the strobe as the strobe could be flashing at the start of the dwell period. Hopefull...

Re: sync but no spark
Thanks for your help, bike is now running.
There is a 10 degree error in the timing tht i cant get rid of with 10 degrees of advance = 0 ?
We have decided to ignore it and just run a modfied ignition table
thanks

Re: sync but no spark
Thanks for your assistance
i Have obtained a spare flywheel so we are going to modify the trigger pattern to give 4 even teeth
i also have a working strobe light again, it appears that the lower power motorcycle coils do not allways trigger the light, i have put a car coil on for setup
thanks
