Post a picture or partnr of Sr20 oem knk sensor. If i remember i`ve used it and should be fine.
Again, we need more info about sensors. Probably they`re single wire type without separated gnd. Possible to use, but i`d use better ones for ecu.
You need CAN-BT.

Re: Overboost protection VS Fuel Cut
When you use maps/boost switch for different fuels or flexfuel setup, you may want different fuel cut level. With overboost protection you have it always right, as it tied directly to boost target.

Log your FPRD and you will see yourself. It should not change much across load/rpm.

Re: Bugs and Feature reqests
Hi. One thing that would help me a lot. Oil pressure engine protection, instead of shutting the ignition down, have an output on a simple light that would light up if the pressure falls below acceptable point. Having a FWD race car, when the oil pressure cut happens in a turn it will result in a sp...

I have done, but not with Ecumaster. For my knowledge there are some triggering options.
So, make trigger scope and send to Ecumaster support.

2. "smart idle pid". Program the pid to activate only when rpm has reached withing an adjustable thresold from the target rpm. For example 100rpm. This would be a massive improvement too. It`s there under Idle PID Control > Deadband RPM. Dead band is a different thing, the point is to prevent the p...

revlimiter can be done differently, so play with settings and find out.

Re: Launch control settings
Just try and play with settings.
It`s very easy especially as you have n/a application. It will be basically just "revlimiter" in your case. You can play at lower rpms, to not stress valvetrain too much. When you find good settings set where you want it to be.

Maybe you right and i have to look for beefier wires for average projects. Wiring pros who making milspec wiring tend to use those thinner AWG24-26 wires for weight and size.

What is the Crimp Pins type (manufacturer and part number) that fits into EMU Black connectors? Terminals are sicma 1.5 (small) and sicma 1.8 (big) Probably you meant 2.8 for big? Re: Injection angle how to set up?
It does not matter if you set start or end of injection.
Cam profile is not going to help, you have to tune it for best efficiency.
But as i said before, in my opinion and experience, it is not very important with port injection in most cases.

In my experience not very important in most cases with port injection.
Just set it flat 360deg for begin. If want, fine tune low load/low rpm range when most of the tuning sorted.

Re: No additional Analog Inputs?
Problem arises when you`re using DBW that will demand minimum 2 An inputs (DBW pos + inv pos) and preferably 3 if we use also inv TPS. And DBW is 1 of main arguments of using Black against normal EMU. So if we use 3 An with DBW we have left over with 3 inputs vs 4 of EMU. Other things to consider: E...

Re: EMU BLACK information
AUX OUTPUTS All AUX outputs of EMU BLACK have built in fly-back circuit for precise control of solenoids (in regular EMU external diodes are required for PWM controlled solenoids). WBO Wideband oxygen sensor circuit was redesigned to support LSU 4.2 and LSU 4.9 Bosch sensors. Little correction and ...
