Yes your right. Its a vanos head on a non-vanos engine. The guts of the vanos have been removed. I didnt build the car but from my info I got ( from the previous owner ) was they fiited us- spec s50 cams but they didnt dial them in right and one of the cams snapped!! All the mechanic had was a vanos...

Question people, does anyone know anyone who has tuned the non-vanos m50?
This car was run'n a 402 dme.

Hi people, Just joined the Emu master ecu club. I am having the ecu fitted to my e30 which has had a m50 nv swap.
