ECUMASTER EMU software crash

Hello everyone,

I am not able to open the emu software and i have tried all versions and drivers the error message is attached.
I have tried windows 7 X64, windows 7 X86, windows 10 X64 and software version EMU 1.1, EMU 1.183exp1, EMU 0.997, EMU Black 2.019 and drivers CDM20824, CDM21224.
