So after cold start, car runs really shitty until coolant is about 30-40 degrees it runs bad, really rich i can smell the gas and see the sod from exhaust if i try and rev it..
Any one know what a good setting would be, to be able to cold start and also run okay after start before 30-40 degrees hot.
#1 Gasoline octane 98
#2 E85
i have flex fuel, so i run a bit mixed, depending on if e85 is available where i do drifting..
Could it be any of these here settings that needs to be changed a bit? Im really new to ECU tuning, but i like to learn these here minor things to be able to fix that my self.

Hi!
can you attach logfile of cold start (please check if you run lanbda sensor when no rpm, and wait for lambda to heat up before crank your engine)
allso your .emu config file will help a lot to understood your problem.
generaly theese tables take efect only when cranking and then 50 cycles after engine start so on 6cyl its aprox 1sec.
then warmup table takes place, and i think, that there is your issue

No lamda, its pure racecar, single turbo,
warmup table, ahh yeahh maybe..
Also is there a way to have it run a few more RPM in this warmup phase? like not 1000 rpm but 1500 or 2000, you know we start car and let it run to warm up, but i cant stay running, i must press gass pedal ever so slightly to keep it running, but if to much has like more then 2000 them it just stutters and runs way to rich, until its hot those 30-40 degrees.
here is my map #1 Gasoline octane 98
#2 E85
if you modify something, please tell me what, and way, so i learn and understand
Thank you so much....

you have a huge injectors. I think that you will not need enrichment at all...
you need to have a wideband sensor, without that it's just guessing

If oyu already know your car is running fine at tempratures 40-90°C you also can see what warmup enrichment do you use there.
I see drastical 200% enrichments, so your ecu will inject twice the fuel...... thats bad.
Try with something like in my post and lets see if it will be better, or not. You can always save your oroginal mapping and upload it back if my mod does not help you.

ill try this tomorrow or day after, yes i will keep a backup of my tables

What about this you also have a solution for this?

Re: 2JZ GTE VVTI - Cold start issues, after start to rich
Like i see you are controling the Idle just by Ignition angle.
You need to ligtly set more TPS opening by adjusting set screw.
Then modify everything like in my Picture.
After altering the TPS position, you need to recalibrate TPS sensor, and look into the real ign timing, and it should not be less then zero, better less then 5°.
I can modify it very quicly to be like you want, but i need to be in your Garage.....

And yes, you have great Car, dont be dissapointed. I was watched your Youtube channel, and i think you need to clear some minor mistakes, but all in all, its a Great Car.

My car has not the original throttle body any more(well it is but modified), its mechanical only now...
What if i just adjust this....
Idle - Ignition control , and enable: Use correction table
then make the changes to Idle - Idle ign_ corr_ and Idle - Idle Target RPM
would that not be enough? or even just adjusting: Idle - Idle Target RPM.
im only looking for more rpm from cold until car is 40-50 degree hot, can this not be done alone in table: Idle - Idle Target RPM??
in regards to i have a nice car, yes NOW i do, i have rebuild it 95%, pretty much nothing is left from what Underground garage made!
new, engine, turbo, manifold, fuel system, new fuel pumps, new crossmeber, new angle kit, new steering system, new wiring, new ecu, new tune, new oil cooling system, new on and on and on... so if you seen the money and was thinking that was bad, all this here had to be change after i made the movie, complete utter disaster build... but now after i have rebuild it, im close to a working car, only a few minor issues im improving on now..

Thanks..

Re: 2JZ GTE VVTI - Cold start issues, after start to rich
changed warm up tables from 160 to slope down to 30 degrees on both #1-2
works great now
also changed cranking fuel #1 and gave that a bit more fuel..
Now if i get start issue again in future, ill just change prime pulse table, i just need initial boost of gas then it will start and run fine
Also the idle now seems better, i does not turn off the car, after start, and now can idle and warmup
Thanks a lot for the help.
No ill go pay with soft rev limiter
, currently its only fuel cut limit, thats a bit hash and not so nice...
