Hi, need some help, i need to see if i ve got the ignition Outputs right, car is Opel with X30XE Engine with Turbo, I will upload the ignition and injection settings to see if I have something wrong. On autodata tell me , the ignition firing order is 123456 and I am using a original wasted spark coil witch is a double fire coil 3x 0221503002, car wants to start but sometimes i can detect some missfires. Ive also check the ignition angle and is correct.
Coil Wiring:
Ignition 1- Cylinder 1 and 4
Ignition 2- Cylinder 2 and 5
Ignition 3- Cylinder 3 and 6

Re: Opel X30XE V6 Turbo
Seems alright if you have them wired Coil1 to Output1, Coil2 to Output2, Coil3 to Output3.
How are your injectors wired up?
Bank Fire?

Hi pric, the injectors are wired up individualy, 6 wires to the ecu for the 6 injectors and external 12v suply.
Thanks
Re: Opel X30XE V6 Turbo
But you are going for bank fire?
Because of no CAM sensor and your injector phase...
Enable "squirt twice per cycle"
Are you getting spark and fuel?
If so, try adding/removing pulse width in the cranking fuel table.
Could be missfiring, because of too little fuel.

Re: Opel X30XE V6 Turbo
Hi, I don´t use cam sensor, injectors are connected individual to each injection output, should I wire them diferently? Yes I get all the spark in time, and I get Fuel. I will upload my project, if you could help me to find the problem.pric wrote:But you are going for bank fire?

Re: Opel X30XE V6 Turbo
NO you don't have to wire them differently.
But without cam sensor you can't run sequential injection.
Therefore you have to use squirt twice per cycle,
without that the injector is firing on the wrong stroke for one cylinder,
which is referenced to the same ignition event.
Other than that looking at the map you are drowning the engine.
Cranking fuel is way too high, and you have batch fire and prime pulse activated.
Deactivate prime pulse and lower the cranking fuel table to 2-5ms.
If you have the possibility of using a cam sensor, use it!
