Als cyclic or rotational idle

hi, im trying to enable rotational idle to cool down the turbo after als engage.
im using stepper valve for idle with increase in dc for als, (als is working perfect) but if i enable FC idle control on als settings, the stepper goes to 0 steps on als ARMED and only works after als ACTIVE.
Need to get the stepper to work on als ARMED and not only when ACTIVE, is there any configuration im missing or is it a bug or maybie the ecumaster team needs to add a "DC increase when ARMED" setting?
Even adding a solenoid valve it is only enabled on ACTIVE.

the FC idle control in ALS settings was made for all time partially open throttle like the old rally style ALS.
