Change to missing tooth

I Have to change a running engine from multitooth with cam sync to missing tooth without cam sync due to a cylinder head swap.
This will mean running in wasted spark which is no problem , will i need to make any changes to the fuel maps ?

not if the head is otherwise identical and the injector dead times are correct for changing to squirt twice per cycle

thanks for the reply, the head is identical just the new cam has no provision for a sensor
