Newest Cliet version?

Under the downloads section on the ecumasterusa.com site, is the "Client for Windows" always the most recent version? For instance, if I downloaded the current "Client for Windows" on their page, would this have all the newest features like the autotune function? Last, did they ever switch over to Imperial measurements such as PSI? Thanks all.
