Ground wireing correct?

In my car (e30 325i) i have connected emu trough my oem 55pin connector and wanted to ask if the grounding is ok this way? or schould i change it?



In this way i think emu has its seperate ground point. this point normaly is used for all the elektronic and shields and analog sensor signals in the car (now they are connected to emu B18). But its maybe not the same point as the power grounds......would this maybe cause loops and problems? schould i connect it other way?

we have done a few e30's and unfortunately the sensor ground is also shared with the chassis ground on the factory harness, this is not ideal but still works fine, however it really is best to run some completely separate earth wires directly from the EMU plugs to the engine block. I would recommend doing this, its easy enough and then you wont have any problems.

ALL the ground wires in an e30 loom attach at the same point in the engine bay, brown and also the brown/orange wires are all the same throughout the entire harness and all ground at one single point on the strut tower.
