Commodore v6 setup

Hey guys tryin to wrap my head around the crank trigger and cam sync on my ectoec v6 im puttin one of these on and i am having some slight trouble understanding where i setup the trigger events to has anyone setup one of these on these style crank triggers yet?

hey guys so ive started to do the wiring on this thing how would i wire in the coils im using ls1 items do i just wire the ignition outputs to the 5v reference side of the coils or do i just wire them to control the ground of them?? im a bit confused about them??

Does any one know if the ignition outputs put out a ground signal or a +5v signal?

help cant seem to connect to this device runing win 7 64bit not getting a sound or anything to say that the device is connecting tried different versions of software etc and bought a new cable nothing
