Hello peter

If I am not mistaken the z20let engine has vr crank sensor and not hall/optical as marked in your primary trigger settings, and the first trigger tooth should be nr.9 ,and then the trigger angle 60 degrees
(check with timing light),by my c20let engine it's so and it works because the engine are similar

regards Teo

Hello! My motor has a 3-pole sensor I have already switched to trigger 60/9 Perhaps you know the injector phase?

Hello
Yes, both sensors are 3-pole, for hall sensor you need 5 or 12v, for the vr sensor only ground, if the sensor is original from the z20let engine, then it is vr (magnetic) and uses only sensor ground
My injector phase are: inject.1-ign.event 2/inject.2-ign.event 1/inject.3-ign.event 3/inject4-ign.event 4,and ignition outputs are the same as yours 4-2-1-3.
By me the injectors work when the pistons are aprox 20 degrees BBDC and the intake camshaft is fully open, but if you want that the injectors work when the inlet camshaft opens the valve, aprox 20 degrese BTDC,then you must have the following sequence,by ignition outputs 4-2-1-3:inject.1-ign.event 1/inject.2-ign.event 4/inject.3-ign.event 2/inject.4-ign.event 3

if its still the same on 4 with injectors changed etc just wire up injector 5 and try that in place of 4 and see what that does then that will rule out injector 4 completely :)

hy
have tried the new setting
the engine is operating normally at the booth when I go and give Starck gas he goes super
then below 2000 rpm it only runs on three cylinders
after some time again on all four cylinders

z20 c20 lets and c20xe have vr sensors and the 8v 20ne engines the x20xev ecotec engines have a hall sensor :)
