How to get accelerate pedal signal in DBW system

Post by maxisnoopy » Thu May 28, 2015 3:21 am

Hi,

I want to install EMU with DBW system in my Swift M16A.
I buy the DBW module and read the wiring manual, but I have some question about the pedal.
In the manual,it talks about how to wire the throttle body, but doesn't write about how to wire or set the accelerate pedal.
How can I get the pedal signal to control the throttle body?

Thanks and have a nice day all.

you must check part number of your DBW and post it here if you have luck EcuMaster have already proper configuration for this part if not i guess you will must send your DBW to EcuMaster for proper calibration

First,thanks for your reply.

I would like to know about how to wire the accelerate pedal.
The wiring manual doesn't write about how to connect the accelerate pedal into the EMU.
If EMU doesn't get the pedal input signal, how could it control the DBW throttle body?
This is what I want to know.

You need to connect positive output of the pedal to the TPS input.
