launch control

I couldnt make the launch control work properly.

vss is working.
I choose -always active- from the lc settings.
vss speed is set to 1 km/h.

what is "vss to off enabled" ?
I try vice versa, if LC works, it doesnt deactivate when the car is moving.

any examples of working & tested LC settings snapshot ?
