Please can somebody help me with setting nad pinout this IACV ( mopar 04861325AD ) used in SRT4 engines?

Post up the factory wiring diagram and it will be easier to help.

if I found correct part, then this IACV has only 2 pin connector. if so, then most probably it's PWM type, and for those polarity usually doesn't matter, the only thing is what voltage is it working on? most probably 12v, so just check if when you put 12v on it, it will change state (you should clearly hear it), and then if polarity matters. 99% that polarity doesn't matter, so You need to supply 12v to one pin, and one of AUX outputs to another pin. if You look into EMU manual, You can find info how to connect PWM IACV.
