I think you may need flyback diode mosfets are not great with inductive load..

hello

i have some requests, if possible- 2nd tables for:

Enrichments:
Acc. RPM Factor #2
Acc. CLT Factor #2
EGT correction (not very important) #2

Fueling:
Injectors cal. #2

Sport:
Launch control #2

also i have one question - is it possible to directly drive LPG injectors (without LPG "ecu"), they are ≈ 1.7 Ω ?
i heard that they wont work with adding resistor for each injector, is that true?

Regards, Josip

Thanks for that info, Greg! I will certainly add a diode. I hope we can get this function!! :)

Jadzwin, a few more ideas:

A % change option for cells in the tables. So, if I see EGO correction is 5%, highlight cells and right-click -> % change +5%.

"Compare to project" function. Have one project open and this function will open a window and list all the differences between it and any other project we select. This will be helpful in setting up a new project from a base file. Also, it will show what changes you've made from the last save of the project you're working on.

Hot key editor. Example, if I highlight a row of cells, I'd like to simply push "h" to interpolate horizontally this selection. And, "v" to interpolate vertically. I don't like "ctrl+l". Also, if we can get the % change ability, I can assign this to "e" and this will pop up a little window asking me what % I want.

Karel:

% change is already working. You need to select cells and then enter 1.05* it increases the values by 5%
0.95* is 5% less. The same you can add / substract numbers eg 5+ adds 5 to all cells.

Comparing projects and hot keys are on our schedule list

May be i am little bit blocked

I tryed it some time back and it didnt worked at all. I think i did it like on other ecus, and started with "=" after selcting cells. Now it works, just one correction, for Easter Europe Windows : 1,05* wil work 1.05* wil not.

Thank you.

Hey guys,

is it possible to implement an offset for the EGT inputs? Because when i use 2 diffenrent suppliers it is possible that they have different values for example at 500°C. Now i cant do anything at the EGT inputs.

K Type thermocouples are a industrial standard and all K-Type thermocouple should have the same electrical characteristic.

Suggestion for dyno graph: I use this to tune ignition timing with repeat runs on a specific road. It would be very useful to overlay dyno curves from various logs on the same dyno graph and have the same rpm and power scale. Maybe let us highlight the run in the log and right-click and "create dyno graph 1". Then we can open another log with the next run and highlight and create that dyno graph. When we right-click, there'd be five buttons instead of just the one, "create dyno graph 1, create dyno graph 2, etc..) A total of 5 should be sufficient. On the dyno graph, let us adjust the line thickness.

Also, a question about your dyno calculator.... Why does the power and torque not cross at 5252rpm? They appear to be on the same scale.

Example of what I'd like to do with the EMU software:

Just noticed the new 1.063 version has rolling antilag, awesome!! Now we just need user-configurable units and I'm a happy man!

Alec it does not work yet :) It is work in progress build. But it should work in next software build.

You can draw from it safely about 150mA.

Anybody think about a injector calibration cycle ?
2000 pulses at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 msec. Measuring every time the cc output you can put on a graph on the X axis the PW and on the Y axis the output in cc/pulse .
So you have in one time also the real injector dead time.
As you can see here on graph from other website.

Image

You see in example the five measuring points and the dead time at 0.8 msec.
Not 100% correct as the real injector curve is not linear but better than nothing.

Can we switch Lambda "AIM" AFR table to Lambda values ? change from AFR to lambda ?

And is there some "autotune" function like "Q" key in motec ? It will help find faster correct VE tune on each cell. Also some "target" sing will be nice to see if we are directly in center of wanted cell, and the vaules are not interpolation of more cells.

Thanks

For log export to .csv: Can this be changed so all channels are sent to the .csv file instead of only the displayed ones?

It is planed to add choice between Lambda and AFR.

For cvs it is not possible. In first version all log channels was written to cvs but files have size of gigabytes :)
And export takes hours on i7 computer :)
