3rd coil is out yesterday. I don't dwell them above 3 [ms]. What other things could damage them?
Vibration? Heat?
you do realize they have built in igniters?? so COILS WITH AMPLIFIER needs to be selected!
Yes I have selected that.
|Should these coils be used with ignition wires with/without resistors in them?

Original ignition cable with which these ignition coils work in Chevrolet cars have a resistance of 150 ohms. I used these coils at the beginning with this cables with resistance 150 Ohms. Now I'm using cables on pure copper core, cable resistance 0.100 Ohm, I don't have problems with coils. My coils are original AC Delco.

The problem could be grounds offset what can cause coils not to turn off.
You can try 1-2K resistor in series with each COP (first try if the cop will work with such resistor).

1 ground is connected at the ECU ground point the other one is fixed on the valve cover.
What do you mean with 1-2kOhm resitor in series? Should I place 1kOhm resitor in series of both grounds at each coil?
Can the phenomena you mentioned be measured with an osciloscope? I have a 4 channel that could log each wire.
What should I see when it is not OK?

Put resistor in series with EMU control signals not with grounds.
If you have scope you can see how the signal looks like and if the EMU switch it to ground or above.
