Did you try email at tech@ecumaster.com ?

no, I think if I do only ecumaster can to answer and that takes them time. However if I post here, perhaps a user could help and so do not bother Jakub. If ecumaster have Any problem with that, then ECUMASTER team tell me and I only ask to tech support email. I think that this is forum and its for this, between all users coment.

My wiring are as follow. Do I need connect anything else?
Injectors, coils, crank sensor, TPS (M5 throttle body), wideband, ground, CLT, IAT, +5v.
Doubts:
Engine start cranking fuel 1 is neccesary to start engine?
Injector calibration. My injectors are Bosch 0280150792. How can know correct calibration?
Fuelling VE table is neccesary to start or can start engine set target AFR
Predefined coils? My coils reference is bmw 1 703 359. Bremi 11856 Bosch 0221504474. The emu options don’t match with mines.
Coil dwell time configure? I have no idea what it this.
Main relay its neccesary connect to emu?
VSS and gearbox is neccesary set to start the engine?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thats good, so far, what about the power and GND? a well GND will solve you the noise issues and give you max protection for your device and makes it easy to tune and so on
Doubts:
Engine start cranking fuel 1 is neccesary to start engine?
it is needed but you can start with default values and change later for better tune, if you noticed that the engine is not starting you may need to adjust it a little, based on reading your spark plug (too much fuel that floods the engine or to much low fuel that is not making the engine to start, but in general I noticed that this engine starts even when there is too much fuel, so I think this will not worry you that much, but always read you spark plug after three or four cranks, and make sure to use new spark plugs to make it easy for you
Injector calibration. My injectors are Bosch 0280150792. How can know correct calibration?
Thats 245cc injectors as they are high impedance, you can select any of the predefined Bosch in the injector wizard, or just simply leave it as default, and you can get back to that later when you get stable idle.
Fuelling VE table is neccesary to start or can start engine set target AFR
Just set the lambda table as a start then you can tune the VE and Lambda later, you can start with 1 lambda or 0.95 at cursing and idle area and then refine the tune when it starts
Predefined coils? My coils reference is bmw 1 703 359. Bremi 11856 Bosch 0221504474. The emu options don’t match with mines.
Coil dwell time configure? I have no idea what it this.
set them at 2.8ms at your battery voltage (14V) as a start, and from that number shape your table later, I usually stress these coils more.
Main relay its neccesary connect to emu?
Not at all, I always do my wiring to start the EMu and other devices at ignition ON from key switch, a external relay that powers the fused EMU,Injectors,Coils, and and activate the fuel pump and fan relay, but its up to you how to do your wiring, I like to use dedicated relays and fuses for max safty.
VSS and gearbox is neccesary set to start the engine?
No.

wow this thread is a bit of a disgrace! thanks to the rude hijack! I think admin should edit or delete some or most of this thread.

To the Original Poster you can sometimes learn quite a lot by looking at other peoples maps, even for different engines there are plenty all over this forum so maybe download a few have a flick through some of the tables ans settings and see if you can learn from what you see.

also are you using the latest software/firmware? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/286 ... 33exp1.exe

every feature in the software has a help file (little blue ? ) this will explain what it does and how to set it up, and of course study the user manual there is most of the information you need right there

Injectors and coils are switched to ground so it must be connected to switched +12V at one side and to INJ / IGN outputs

I attached my "base map". You know that it make for me (anything knowledge) but I get spark and injection ;). Could you tell me if you see anything bad configured to start the engine. The car havent knock sensor, no iddle valve, no cam sensor connected.

Hi,

Sure you need to ground the coils, your coils have 3 pins 12v+/Ground/Signal
From the log file it seems that your MAP sensor is not connected, connect it to vacuum source.
Set the cranking ignition angle into 10 if not 15 yours is 2 that's too low for cranking, that what I noticed so far, did you check if your having enough fuel? (By reading spark plugs) if they are completely dry try to add more fuel on cranking enrichment, beware not to flood the engine or you will kill the spark plugs, I always like to use fresh new spark plugs at the first start :) but after making sure that am not going to flood the engine for sure.

Actually my coils grounded to chassis but I asked if its necessary grounded to emu or with chassis its ok. I checked that there is spark then its ok.
Crank ignition angle changed to 10. ;)
I havent enough fuel. I need more. How do it? Cranking fuel its set to 3, prime pulse 1, fuel target 14,7.....

Thanks.

Somebody can make base map for me? I pay it. My tuner have too knowledge in remap stock ECU but this is different. He needs a good base map. If somebody can make it I can pay him.

Here you started it, so no need to pay ;)
as I told you increase the cranking enrichment, and it's ok to put something less than 14.7 as a start, if you noticed that the car needs like 3 or 4 cranking to start that definitely means you are low on fuel, prime pulse 1 at cranking is too little, at idle you should see between 1 to 3 , and more on cranking.
Ground the coils on chassis not on the same place for EMU, its better to reduce noise

Correction: Prime pulse used to add fuel before cranking, I meant to say you should see around 2 or 3 pulse width at idle, not prime pulse, it should be Zero if you are using gasoline fuel, with other fuels like e80 and methanol it is required to add some fuel before cranking so here where prime pulse is used :)
