IAT sensor is installed.
The engine runs much richer, and is very hard to start (before, there were not really any issues, just it running very lean after having started in the first place, especially when giving it some throttle).
The IAT sensor value was fixed to 65 degrees before, but it is in reality more around 11-12 degrees (for cruising speed, no boost), which is a huge difference.
Evaluate this tune? Any obvious mistakes?

Get an actual professional to set up a completely new VE and Ignition map on a dyno. Those are the two most important to get done properly after all sensors have been calibrated.

I forgot to connect the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve), which I thought was the reason for a check engine light (and in hindsight probably the reason for it being hard to start as well?). However, after having connected the IACV, the check engine light is still there. Strangely, there is no "check engine" code shown in the ECU log. Does the ECU ever trigger the check engine light without there being a code logged for it?
