Disassemble EMU to put it in Original BMW ECU Case.

Hi,
I know that I will lose my guaranty. But before I try I would like to know if it’s theoretical possible to dissemble EMU and take out the internals to install it in an BMW original Case.
The Cables which go out would be soldered then internal to the original BMW connector in right place.
I don’t want to break my guaranty just to see that it isn’t possible. Mayba someone could give me the Dimensions of the internal electronic parts so that I can measure if it would fit physically.
It’s important for me because of law in Germany otherwise I can’t drive my car on public roads

It wouldn't be ease due to the fact that there are 6 IGB transistors that uses enclosure as a radiator.
What I could suggest to leave OEM ECU in place and install EMU in non easy to view place.

i bought a OEM ECU with the 88 pin connector for 25€.
then cut out the connector and soldered the wires to it. on opposite I crimped the two EMU connectors.
So you are at least able to switch ECUs without destroy stock harness

yes i did it the same way.
But now wanted to make it complete hidden. Mayby i have to wait for EMU PRO and hope that it fits in my original Case.
Are the Dimensions of EMU PRO already known ?
