hi ,
i have problem with propper configuration with this idle valve . My car is C20Xe turbo but i have high idle and unstable. I use 72mm throttle body.
my idle target rpm is 1100 but my idle is 1200-1300. this idle control valve have reaction only with idle ref table !

You have to tune idle ref before activating PID.
Many people sometimes blame the idlevalve when its actually the ignition table and fueltable thats the problem.

also find what frequency is correct for your valve... many bosch idle valve need about 100Hz

i try with 100 with 60 but idle valve is more unstable

Did you install a flyback diode?

yes but this flyback diode is for other things.
today i see new .. my idle max parametar was set to 2500rpm when i set to 1500 my idle from 1300rpm was icrease to 2100 rpm..(with this settings)
tomorrow i will try new settings with max idle 1500rpm
