Please help - 2JZGTE not starting

I'm trying to get my car to start before I take it to get tuned, but no luck so far. If anyone could provide any insight as to why it won't start, that would be awesome!

Mostly stock 2JZGTE, with ID1000 injectors and AC Delco D585 coils.
The engine is getting spark, and the injectors are firing (checked with noid light). Fuel pressure is 50psi.

I'm at a loss as to why it won't even cough.

Attached is the basetune that's on the EMU, and a log and scope I saved while trying to crank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Do you run E85?

Try to enable "Batch all injectors" under engine start parameter.

If its starts, then disable it, and increase the prime pulse.

In general if a car won't start but is verified to have fuel and spark, you need to pull a plug to see if it's wet (overfueling). If the plug isn't wet, then gradually increase the cranking pulsewidth.

Do you have the trigger setup correctly?
Some need Both falling otherwise I saw falling and Rising.

I don't run E85. I'll give batch injectors a try!

Plugs weren't wet, so I'll try this as well.

This I have no idea about. I'm using the 2JZ basemap that Zach sent me a long time ago. If it synchronizes cam and crank signals, then shouldn't it know where TDC is?

Thanks for the replies. Will update when I've had a go!
