I'm new here and am own an 87 Supra 1200cc injectors e85 water/meth and 67mm turbo. I'm going with the emu and was just wondering if there was anything I should know first. I'm having my harness built by Ron at yotaconnectors and was thinking about just hardwiring the plugs on instead of using the patch harness. Also I got a map sensor but it looks like I'm supposed to run vacuum line all the way to the ecu instead to use its internal map sensor. Is that right? Any other advice is helpful and a base tune would be cool so I could learn the program a little better. Thanks guys!!

hey up mate. Where are you based ? You are right in using the MAP sensor on the board of the ECU. IIRC it is a 4 bar map sensor. What engine is in the car ? from what i am reading, it should be a 7M-GTE. I'm sure if you request it on here, someone would have a base map. If you speak to the seller of the ecu, they might even have a base map for you

I'm from Ohio and yes it's a 7mgte. Thanks for the reply. I'll have to see if I can return the map sensor I bought. I just thought it meant it had a dedicated input not just a port. I'll see if I can get a base map sent to me.
