Problem with CAN extension

I've just added a CAN extension for extra analog inputs. I've added oil pressure and oil temp sensors, selected them as CAN analog #2 and #3 in the extra sensor setup window. If I look at my assigned inputs it's showing them as analog input #2 and #3 inverted. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
I'm wondering if there is a problem with my Ext. Port as I had a Bluetooth adapter plugged in previously and I couldn't get that to work either.
