Just asking, if somebody has already had the same Issue...
Idle lambda target is 1, without Ego correction lambda is between 1,09 and 1,12 with that set VE at idle
(because of built up heat at the IAT, or whatever reason...)
If i enable the ego correction, it adds fuel, but it's never more than 7%, so it Idles between e.g. 1,02 and 1,05.
Not a big issue, if i correct the VE a little, so it Idles between e.g. 0,98 and 1,02.
But it's just bugging me...
Correction Limits are set to +-25%
Im using Bosch EV14 630cc Injectors with a 4 Bar Regulator... So not a "big-injector-issue"
My O2 Sensor sits about 1m after the turbo. (makes it a bit laggy)
Engine is a 2,8l I6 Mercedes M104.
Also how stable is everybodys Lambda at idle?
Is it rock solid at the set value?
Greetings
Paul
EGO Correction maxing out at 107%

Re: EGO Correction maxing out at 107%
Hi.
Used the search and found the Topic.
I have the same "problem"
Why can't EMU set more than + - 7% ??
Limits are set to +- 25%
My problem is, when engine is warm and air get warm at idle, it runs very rich. It runs stable, but at lambda 0,86...
the EGO correction gauge was at 93,5%
I had to test CO value today and it was 2,4%. the limit was 1,2%...so i failed

Re: EGO Correction maxing out at 107%
your car should not change lambda much at all when air temp is hot, Where is your IAT sensor located? you might need to adjust the charge temp table to give less application of IAT at low throttle and low rpm since you are dealing with a manifold heatsoak situation, then you can also use the IAT/VE trim table
