Charge temp table in real

Hi, i was curious about this feature. First, its not clearly defined in help for me: "0% means IAT value, 100% means CLT value".
I was thinking: 0% value = 100% IAT+CLT fuel correction used , 100% value = 0% iat correction used, only CLT(warmup) correction used.
But today i just test it on hot car, cca 90deg clt(=0% clt correction) and heatsoaked 50deg IAT-open element, manifold mounted. Ambient temp 19degC.
After engine start, i simply rised charge temp value, AFR goes leaner. Exact opoosite i expet for a feature which may bandaid heatsoak.
So now i feel, that description really means, 100% chargetemp value = IAT temp uses CLT temp value and that make non sense isnt?
If so, how may i(we) use it against heatsoak?
