PWM Signal always 12V when Ignition is on

Hey, i am about to set up a Water injection System and i wanna control it via PWM. So far everything is fine, just one or two issues left.
As soon as i turn my key and i get the switched 12V on my EMU, the PWM output is always 12V. As soon as i start the engine then, the Voltage follows the DC of the PWM Table (the only issue there is that it is kinda inverted, for example in the PWM Table 90% DC is actually 10% DC at the motor, but this is probably just a wiring mistake of the motor driver).
So if i just switch on the Ignition, the Voltage on my PWM System should be 0V and not 12V. I changed the DC in the PWM Table from 0%-100% without success. I canged the Coolant PWM Table from 100% - 0% without success. I tried it with and without "Disable output if no RPM" in the PWM settings, without success. I have no clue what else i could do. There is always a 12V signal on my PWM wire as long as i just have the ignition switched on. As soon as i start the engine, it is fine. As output i use AUX 4, which is just used by the PWM so no double usage of this output. Is there maybe an issue with using AUX outputs?
Does anyone have an idea whats the problem here? Maybe just a basic wiring mistake? I set up the Engine with this EMU about 1.5 years ago and now i am just adding this Water Injection System. The Engine was and is still running as normal.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Cheers Simon
