Wasted spark and semi-sequential injection inline 6 help

So I have trobule with full sequential.
Did a enigne swap from M52 to M52 and now I cant get cylinder 6 to fire.
So I wonna go to wasted spark and semi-sequential injection to try and make it work.
Wasted spark is:
Ignition events:
1 - Cyl 1 + 6
2 - Cyl 5 + 2
3 - Cyl 3 + 4
4 - Cyl 1 + 6
5 - Cyl 5 + 2
6 - Cyl 3 + 4
EMU has the option to squirt once or twice per cycle. Which is recomended?
If once per cycle then the pairing should be:
Injector 1 + 5
Injector 3 + 6
injector 2 + 4
If twice per cycle the the pairing should be:
Injector 1 + 6
Injector 5 + 2
injector 3 + 4
Is this right?
How would the injector phase then look?
