Bluetooth module problem

Hi
i think my bluetooth module has failed, i can no longer connect any device or find EMUBT by scanning.
there is also no light from the device.
Is there anything else i can check or do i need to return BT module ?

Hi

yes module was working without problems, i think it stopped after a firmware update to 1.60

but the LED does not depend on any software. It is jus hardware that shows the state of BT communication chip.
So if the LED does not light, it means thate there is no power on BT module or BT module is broken.

Is it ok to open the plug to check for poor connection without voiding warranty ? if ok i will check this first
