Looking for a little help setting up my idle valve on my 1uzfe engine. iv got it wired as per attachment
it seems sometimes the idle control will work and sometimes it doesn't? anyone know the settings for this valve?

The idle control is active only when Idle active flag is 1
Maybe the condition of idle control are not met
