Lambdacontrol Problems ?

Can someone in my log file see if I have a problem with the lambda controller? The value will be shown very long lean. When I enable the lambdacontrol (at 4 min) the value osciliert very strongly. I've tried two new sensors and even calibrated them.
Thank you in advance.

Hmm that looks really strage :?

Witch software version do you use and witch fuling strategy? I think advanced Lambda. In your log i can see that the EGO correction at first reduce the injector PW to get leaner lambda, then the lambda goes very fast to lean and the EGO correction goes to enrichment, the injector PW goes up and it takes ca 1 sec. that the WBO reacts.

Have you tried to get stable Lambda 1 without EGO correction, maybe there is the same behavior?

For me it look´s like a bug in sw or an fault in hw.

Are your injector cal time right at 0,43 ???

Could you send also the configuration file?

This must be the File.
This is the first try on this car, unfortunatly I dont know anithing about the Injectors. They should have 460cc.
It feels like the Lambdasensor can only messure rich mixtures properly. Tomorrow i can try a external Uego Controller with the same Sensor. Maybe only some setting is wrong .

Did you have a second EMU in stock to test the hardware?

Unfortunatly this is the one and only in the moment. Tomorrow i get the 4.2 compatible Controller so i can do a test without remove the Car from the Dyno. Wiht the same Sensor on an analoge Input.
I forgot in the last Post the Software is 1.111EX.

Ok sounds good, then you can test it and use for test the function 0-5V for the WBO signal.

Maybe the injectors close at some low pulse width and that is the fault, but i dont think so.

If you need a quick test,i have 3 EMU´s here if you want you can use one of these, because you are only 100km away from me.

Another test were, you can try to let the EGO correction work in other lambda areas set target lambda to 0,85 at idle and test the EGO correction function. And i would test to try another firmware update and loading canfiguration again, maybe it is solved with that.

It is a V6 FWD Car and the Sensor is near the Firewall located. The Sensor get the Mixture from all Cylinders.

Can you take a log with PID Debug for WBO sensor is enabled. I have never seen such stuff before. It seems that the controller works ok but the result is very strange.
Other option is that there are misfires on some of the cylinders however it is very regular..

Could if the sensor temp. is higher than its working temperature.

Ok, tomorrow first we make a test with an external controller. Then we do a log with the debug function. I can not determine misfire. I've done the test yet in another load area that looks similar.

Best Regards

It looks very interresting... I'm very curious what will show the external controller. You can connect it to EMU so we can see it on the log..

Here are the logs from today. The same sensor at the same location as yesterday. The controller is extern and ego signal is on analog1.
I dont know if the debug files helpful.

With the external controller it look´s fine. But another thing is, your VE values are very high at idle, i think your injectors dead time are not right.

What do you now? Send EMU back for replacement?
