stepper motor 1A problem

hi to all

yesterday i finally install my dual fan radiator and i have used aux 3 and stepper motor 1A for the operation they were operating fine while the car was ruining when i switched off one fan started to run (stepper motor 1A) with no power to emu this is normal? and i did some changes to my harness and used injector 5 to operate the fan. while the emu was off stepper motor 1A had ground

Be sure that the power on realy will "dissapear" when ignition is off, otherwise the EMU will be powered via stepper output (and relay coil).
