New to standalones question about features

Hi guys so I'm new to the whole EMU system and had a few questions about some features. Mostly the antilag rolling antilag and flatshift feature system. Wondering how you go about setting them up as in making them work. I was looking at it and says to hook it with aux input with a switch? How would I go about making flatshift work with that? I'm just pretty confused on it. I understand alot of the main things setting up fuel trims ignition tables just trying to figure out everything so when I finally get running I know what to do so please no bashing.

How would I go about running a clutch switch to the ecu? Any other info on the launch control and rolling antilag I seen people run it through the cruise control switch but how would I go bout doing that?
