Right after advice on best plan , i just made a major fk up , connected the wrong wire and the end result is the ecu is toast ,stupid mistake was after the vc ( +5 ) and in same location but on a different plug was a pink wire ( batt ) which i mistakenly took for the vc and connected it up and straight away noticed the fuel pump was on so switched it off but the damage is done . my fault end off ..

can these be repaired or is it just as easy to get a new one ? there is damage inside , i had to look ..

Doesn't look to bad, should be fixable

i just picked another one up anyway so ill try and get this one fixed a some point and then one can be sold later

well got it running with the new ecu , funny why they changed the size for the map senser pipe , had to put a smaller bore on this new one , but all running now , couple of weeks and time for a map on a dyno .

If you send it back to us we will be able to fix it.
