idle valve Peugeot 106 GTI

Hello
i have problem with idle, can anyone tell me how much steps have this stepper motor and what is best frequency?
or if someone have same car it would be great if he could sent me screen shot of idle parameters so i have some starting point for this?

Try the freqency about 100-150Hz, and numbers of step about 40-50.

frequency is 150Hz and let's say that now works ok with 300 steps.
now i have another problem. when i start engine (without throttle) this happens for first few seconds, no matter if engine is cold or warm

It's actually when idle not active - idle=0 (idle on if tps below is set to 2% , and my TPS on "idle" is 1%)
when i activate idle then i have problem
like on video but all the time
i dont think that idle tables are good, is there any tutorial for this or simple explanation?

Please attach your log file from the start.
We need to identify the problem first.
However 300 steps is far too much.. I do not think so if this stepper motor is able to make 300 steps.
