How to tell if a VR sensor is connected on the rising or falling edge?? both scope captures look much the same!!


would it be possible to have the scope show the actual wave form?? then it would be easy to identify the correct edge.

this is sometimes very difficult to see that especially on multi tooth setup..

in missing tooth and additional tooth you need to chose settings when you see clearer gap and tooth are spaced evenly.
sometimes you have like two tooth very close to each other ( you need to zoom in quite a bit to see that) when wrong edge selected.

personally on every unknown applications i'm using oscilloscope to double check what is going on and to find edge.
